Hello Everyone,
I hope you are all doing fine and ready for the weekend. January is already underway and very soon it will be over. If one of your goals this year was to maintain good health or even achieve some weight loss goals, then this post is just for you. I am also trying to take care of myself and avoiding sugar is one of them so far, I can’t complain. Today I am here with 5 healthy kitchen accessories to achieve your weight loss goals this year and hopefully, none of you has given up already. Also, save yourself some money with these few tips.
1. SPIRALISER
We all know healthy eating calls for avoiding some types of meals or at least limiting them when it comes to size. Anyway, if you really love pasta and salads then this is the one for you. Spiralise everything and just trick your mind into thinking it’s pasta, I mean it can’t be that bad. You have to remember “How badly do you want it”.
2. EGG COOKER
If you’re a breakfast person, then this one is definitely for you, no oil of course but it can poach your eggs to perfection and not make you feel guilty at all. Cooking in steam, can make you 7 eggs in 6-12 minutes so this is just perfect. It also has different trays to cook your egg in multiple ways so it’s a win-win situation.
3. PASTA BASKET
If you have not avoided your pasta and starches then this one is the right basket for you. It measures your pasta to the right potion, cooks it for you and drains it too. So all you have to do is just serve and eat your meal, making it a breeze to enjoy your meal without thinking whether it was too much.
4. POTION PLATE
Speaking of serving and eating, for you to reach your weight loss goals, potion control is always key and if you are used to going haywire then this plate is for you. Might sound or look cheesy but you will be thanking this plate when you fit into your beloved jeans down the road.
5. FRUIT INFUSER WATER JUG
Last but not least, hydration, hydration, hydration, but not to make it boring, this infuser jug will make drinking your water more pleasurable. It infuses your water with whatever fruit and herb you like so strawberries and mint, blueberries, and mango. All that can be added to your water making it perfect and tolerable for you to consume all you need in a day and not get dehydrated.
That’s it, my people, 5 healthy kitchen accessories I know will definitely help you achieve your goals. If you are looking for new ways to cook then I guess you didn’t see my new years post here. If you have any other questions, do ask in the comments below or if you just want to say hello then I am here for that too. Thank you and until next time see yah. What are some of your goals this year?

I love my spiraliser! It gets so many uses – I must admit, I do not own any of the other items, and I love the sound of them. Especially the water infuser!
I love making infused water, so the jug would be perfect for that, thanks so much!
That portion plate is GENIUS! I wonder if I could bring that out to restaurants when we go out to eat? The biggest issue with restaurants is the portion sizes! I need to get this plate!
The fruit infuser water jug is on my list! Lemon, lime and orange is the way to go!
Some great ideas here! I love the portion plate – simple but effective! Thanks for sharing!
I have a spiralizer and I love it!! I NEED THAT EGG COOKER!!!
I could definitely use a pasta basket. I always boil so much more pasta than I need and then end up eating it all.

These are amazing suggestions. That position plate is genius! Such a simple way to organize your portions. I’m not sure how I can live without my fruit infuser jug too, i love love love it. I put frozen berries in mine to flavour water and its such an amazing way to get my sugar obsessed kids to drink their daily water.
It is a new thing I am learning about healthy kitchen accessories. I practically never knew about that except Fruit Infuser. I might buy first three on the list, once I have my own home.
The egg cooker is one that I need. It would make cooking eggs so much easier for me.
I love the egg cooker and water jug! Definitely two things I would happily add to my kitchen.

I really want a spiralizer. I haven’t tried zoodles, but it’s something we really want to attempt. Also a water infuser jug would be amazing.
