Hi once again,
Happy new month everyone. I hope you’re all doing great. I needed something to have for dessert this week and I decided on some brownies. I’m sure no one hates them unless there’s an allergy involved or you just despise chocolate in general. Today I have a delicious chewy brownie recipe for you and I must say, chewy is an understatement because these turn out so good and makes you not stop at one. So if you know you might stop your diet, then I suggest you don’t make them at all. I wouldn’t want to be the one “sabotaging” your diet but honestly, I want to and insist that you try them first. For this delectable brownie recipe, you will need very simple ingredients and they are as follows.
Ingredients
- 1 cup of sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 a cup of flour
- 1/2 a cup melted butter
- 1/4 tsp of salt
- 1/4 tsp baking powder
- 1/3 a cup of unsweetened cocoa
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
METHOD
- Preheat your oven to 170°C fan assisted oven.
- In a bowl, add your melted butter, sugar, eggs and give them a good whisk until nice and fluffy.
- Add your cocoa powder, flour, baking powder, salt and vanilla extract and whisk once again.
- Finish off with a spatula to avoid overmixing.
- Into a lined baking tray for 25 to 30 minutes.
- Cut into lovely cubes.
- Serve and enjoy.
