Am I the only one who is fascinated when it comes to mukbangs? Some are quite horrific to watch but others just make you feel hungry or wish for a large stomach capacity. I still don’t understand how one is able to eat such large amounts of food without gagging at the end. Anyway, talking about mukbangs, that’s how I ended up with this recipe right here, after watching people on my feed eating kielbasa sausages for like a week in a row, I had to get myself some and try it out. Needless to say, it was not the whole feast but just a tiny version of what could be. Today’s recipe is some honey garlic kielbasa sausage bites. For the recipe, you will need;
Ingredients
- 1/2 a cup ketchup
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 tbsp sriracha
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 3 cloves garlic crushed
- A thumb of ginger grated
- Teaspoon olive oil
- Kielbasa sausage
METHOD
- In a bowl, mix in ketchup, honey, sriracha and soy sauce then set aside.
- Chop your sausage into bite-sized pieces.
- In a moderately heated pan, add your oil, then in goes the sausage and just let it fry to brown slightly.
- Then in goes your garlic and ginger.
- Then pour in the soy mixture and stir to combine.
- Reduce heat and let them simmer for a few minutes.
- If you prefer not to have a lot of sauce, then let it simmer until slightly reduced.
- Once they are all nice and sticky, that’s it.
- Serve and enjoy, on it’s own or on a bed of rice.
Now these definitely dealt with my craving and went down just right. I hope you enjoyed this honey garlic kielbasa sausage bites recipe and if you have any questions, do ask in the comments below.
