Hello Everyone,
I am so excited for this post today, I hope you’re all doing great and had a lovely weekend. Speaking of the weekend, I went for my usual grocery shopping in aldi and after lots of rummaging through all those baskets and trying to find where the special buys are, I ended up finding some skincare products which to be honest, really looked good. I am sure you have all heard about the Lacura brand in aldi and how some end up selling out, that’s why I am loving the aldi lacura skincare products and why you should too. Also, I think I found a Pixi glow tonic dupe that I am very excited about and it’s way cheaper than the original. Make sure to also check out my top beauty products and tell me what you think.
So,what products did I get?
I was hoping to buy more of their skincare, but seeing that I found them by luck, I decided to just stick to the four products for now and give them a try before getting ahead of myself which I tend to do. My first lucky find was,
1. The Lacura Charcoal mud to foam cleanser,
This right here, I am totally loving, I have used it three times already and as much as I have used a different cleanser in my skincare routine before, this was not as harsh as I would have thought even though they say it shouldn’t be used on sensitive skin. It’s also mattifying which would be helpful if it was summer but usually, during Autumn and the winter months, my skin tends to be dryer, so I suggest to moisturise liberally after this. If you need any mattifying and have extremely oily skin, then this is for you, pop into your closest aldi and give it a try.
2. Lacura pink clay mask,
Next comes their pink clay mask, which I have used twice already. This is a brightening mask which I think I had also seen with Loreal having something similar only they name theirs red algae. It claimed to brighten my skin and it really did or it was just wishful thinking, anyway I really noticed a difference and loved the results it gave me. When it comes to the price, the Loreal and this one are pretty close, so you just choose what tickles your fancy. Also more on masks in my post here.
3. Lacura Glycolic glow tonic,
So, this is what I was talking about when I said about a pixi dupe. I have always had my eye on their tonic but never got to purchase it, and now that I might have found a similar one for half the price, I am very proud and happy about it. Since I haven’t used the original one before, do tell me if any of you have and if it might just be the same, that is if you do get to try the aldi one also. The ingredients and packaging are both identical and I think they both do the same thing “hopefully”.
4. Daily cleansing Pads
These also have glycolic acid and helps in exfoliation, just remember to have sunscreen on deck if you will be using anything with glycolic and even if you don’t use it, sunscreen is definitely necessary to protect your skin and we all know that. I have used these cleansing pads before and this was my second time buying them so if you are on the hunt for some exfoliating cleansing pads, give aldi’s Lacura one a try.
That’s it,
Those are some of the skincare products from the Lacura brand that I got from aldi, I know I have been using them for a short while but I am going to continue long term and see how my skin adjusts to it and if it’s going to be clear as I want it to be. If you have any questions about the above products, do ask in the comments below. Thank you for all the support and wishing you all a lovely week. Before I leave, tell me have you ever tried Lacura skincare products? And if you have, did you like them?

My wife is always looking for new skin care products. Her skin is a little sensitive so finding the right products is important. I will share this with her.
I have heard so many good things about Aldi, I wish that there was one closer by to my home.
I love this! Learning how to navigate supermarkets for great, affordable skincare/beauty products is such a smart thing to do. Thanks for the tips!
I have not tried Lacura skincare products, I’m glad they are working for you.
I haven’t heard of this brand before. I’m open to trying it. I always am searching for things to help my skin out.
Hmm,this is interesting review. I haven’t tried Laura products yet. I don’t know if it will suit me though, I have very sensitive skin.
I love when supermarkets have a great skincare line. It’s a shame I don’t an Aldi close by 🙁
The charcoal mud to foam looks great! I use products similar and love it!
I never tried this brand before. After reading your review I’ll like to try this brand as it is less expensive and useful. I hope it will also work with me in a same way.
These look great! There’s no Aldi near to where I live 🙁
Oh yes… love the post… never too much content on skin care. Love the Lacura pink clay mask, will check the details out after this.
I haven’t heard of Lacura brand myself. I gotta try this and see how it works for oily skin types.
How cool! I didn’t know Aldi sold skincare! They are building 2 new Aldis in my hometown so I will have to try it out once they are built!
ANything with charcoal is my friend! Looks like a cool skincare product. Thanks for sharing
Charcoal mud to foam cleanser for my oily skin should work well. Helpful write up!!
I have used Sand and Sky and like it a lot! Do you find this brand in US?
I am sure you can find it in any aldi.
Always love a good skin care suggestion!
I must really be missing out. My routine involves washing my face with a mild soap and applying moisturizer. Maybe I need to try some fancy stuff.
How lovely to know that! I saw some lacura products in Aldi but I’ve never try it and was a little bit afraid to buy it but I will do it next time when shopping in Aldi
The skin care line sounds amazing. I’ll definitely have to check some of them further out.

This is so crazy, the packaging of some of these products look exactly like the Pixi products and Nip + Fab, I’m having a deja vu moment!
Exactly, very confusing and misleading at the same time.
I wish Aldi was available to me because I would love to give it a try.
Can you believe I’ve only been to an Aldi once? And I never even glanced at their beauty products. What great finds!
I’ll have to give these a try! Very cool.
I never knew they are so helpful. I am basically just a lippy and concealer person. I hardly use makeup, until there is a photoshoot. But it is good to read the review of other products. And you explain really well.
Aldi and skincare are two words I would haven’t associated with each other however after reading your review I’m curious to try it. Thank you!
Amazing post! Thanks for share such important information about skin care.
