Hello Everyone,
I hope you’re all doing fine and that your week started off great. Are you already back to normal life? I guess it depends where you are and how the situation is. From the title, you already know that I am back with another recipe week and that means I will be bombarding you with recipes all week to catch up with my Youtube channel. I hope you don’t mind and I will be starting this week off with a simple puff pastry apple tart. Honestly, once I found out about rolled out puff pastry, then everything changed and now I just love using it all the time plus it’s great for quick desserts when you have no time at all. For the ingredients, you will need:
Ingredients
- Puff pastry, make sure it’s all butter
- 6 apples
- A cup brown sugar
- A squeeze of half a lemon
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
METHOD
- Core and cut your apples into half.
- Then cut them into quarters and slice them thinly.
- Add in your sugar, lemon juice and cinnamon mix them altogether and set aside for 5 minutes.
- Meanwhile, roll out your puff pastry, stretch it out a bit and cut it into half lengthwise.
- Onto a lined baking dish and start arranging your apples at the centre of each sheet avoiding the edges.
- Into a preheated oven at 200 for 25 minutes.
- Once done, sprinkle some icing sugar, slice it up.
- Serve and enjoy.

looks delicious and yummy! love the recipe and thanks for sharing!

I’ve never had a homemade puff pastry, only the frozen ones that you can buy from kid’s fundraisers lol! I will be making this for sure.
Mine wasn’t homemade that’s just too much work I usually get the pre rolled ones too. Makes everything way easier.
YUM! This looks so delicious. I love baking, but am yet to really delve into pastries as they make me nervous 🙊 I really love any kind of pastry that involves apple though. I pick one up at least once a week from a nearby bakery!
That’s great I am also no expert so making it easier with store bought puff pastry really helps.
Oh my goodness, this looks so good! Growing up we used to have apple puff as a desert pretty regularly (with custard) and it’s one of my favourite comfort foods!
Thank you so much.
This looks so delicious. I haven’t attempted to make it before but thankfully there’s a recipe. I hope it turns out as good when I try. Haha!
Thank you, I am sure it will.

200 sounds really low in the oven
It’s 200 degrees Celsius which is 400 degrees in Farenheit
