Hello Everyone,
Happy new week to you all, I hope you all have a great one. Schools are open and as much as it was nice to have a short break with the kids, an hour of silence does feel good after a while. It’s been long since my last post but I was just off it with my allergies and just not feeling well overall. Anyway I am back today with a quick post for you which is this simple creamy chicken and peas tagliatelle. I do hope you do get to try it and tell me what you think. Also do check out my last post here and see how spring allergies drive me nuts. For this delicious recipe, you will need;

- Coriander
- Garam masala
- Paprika
- Tomato paste
- 1 Cup Frozen peas
- A cup of water
- Salt

- In a heated pan, pour your olive oil and add in your onions and garlic and stir for a few minutes, then in goes your chicken and let it brown a little bit.
- Once that’s done, in goes your spices, a teaspoon each and a tablespoon of tomato paste, stir for another two minutes and add in your peas.
- Pour in your water and let it reduce a bit then season with salt and pepper, add your single cream depending on how creamy you want it to be and let it simmer for a while.
- Check your seasoning once again and in with your tagliatelle, stir for a while until it thickens and looks glorious then garnish with chopped coriander leaves.

This recipe sounds so delicious. I like that whilst it looks simple, the flavours in this dish are so different and that you have used many spices, including garam masala.

Oh yum I am now hungry! This looks delish! Also I noticed you out oil in the water instead of salt. What does this do?
