Hello Everyone,

Happy new month everybody, December is here and I am yet to find where my tree is and when to start all the decorating. Meanwhile, my son has decided to stop eating meat and be a vegetarian, so what does that call for? More recipes and cooking involved which is all good since I do love trying out recipes. This past weekend I decided to make some blackbean vegetarian burgers for him to try out and it was a success. He claims not to like beans but he didn’t even notice that he was having them.
