Another week calls for another post and this time it’s a recipe, in case you haven’t noticed I have a Youtube channel now for Everyday Homecooking. Happy new month everybody, December is here and I am yet to find where my tree is and when to start all the decorating. Meanwhile, my son has decided to stop eating meat and be a vegetarian, so what does that call for? More recipes and cooking involved which is all good since I do love trying out recipes. This past weekend I decided to make some blackbean vegetarian burgers for him to try out and it was a success. He claims not to like beans but he didn’t even notice that he was having them. Hello everyone, I hope you are all excited for the holiday season. December is on it’s way and I am counting down on how many school runs I have left. Another week calls for another gift guide, I have been adulting lately when it comes to gift guides so today I am here with one for the kids.

Yes can you believe it’s finally that time of the year where we have to start thinking about what to get our friends and family, and if some even deserve a gift at all (lol). Hello everyone, can you imagine it’s November? I know time has really flown, we were just melting a while ago with all the summer heat and wishing the cold weather would hurry up. Anyway, today I am back with some comfort, colour and cosy Autumn decor I am loving. This season, I am on a mission to revamp my living room since we are due for some new sofas and just overall a new look for a change. Also I have noticed that my tastes have really changed and I am more into bolder decor and more of prints other than plain all grey or white. So what do you think I am loving? I hope you are all doing great, in my last post here I shared with you all about organisation, today I am back with another post on 5 organisation and storage products you need to own. We all know that having a place for everything will definitely make life easier and will ensure there is no clutter around the home. Also I am sure there is that one cupboard under the sink that has all the extra bags or detergents and no matter how much you try and organise it, it goes back to being a mess. Well don’t you worry I have a solution for you.
As a busy mum, I try to figure out what is the quickest and fastest meal I can be able to prepare and still make time for my almost 6 month old and 5 year old. Now, I don’t really make fast meals everyday but there are days when I literally can’t think of anything else to cook without it having too many steps. So when that time comes, my easy vegetable fried rice hits the spot and is ready in minutes compared to my beef pilau recipe or the salmon fish cakes.
