Am I the only one who thinks that January is taking forever to end? Like seriously it’s taking so long maybe I am just getting paranoid. Anyway, I hope you all had a fabulous weekend and are doing fine. This post today is just a quick recipe for some delicious garlic, ginger and herb crusted lamb chops. I love lamb and anytime I get to have it, I make sure to add a bit more to enhance the flavours, plus I eat mine with spring onions (I know I am that weird).
