EASY BAKED GARLIC PARMESAN CHICKEN WINGS

EASY BAKED GARLIC PARMESAN CHICKEN WINGS

Hello Everyone,

If you’ve been following my blog for a while now and have seen my recipes, then you already know that I tend to have more chicken recipes than other meats. That’s just because I love chicken and my most favourite will definitely have to be chicken wings. There is just something about eating chicken wings that make me super happy, I can have them plainly roasted, dry-rubbed, sticky, spicy and my recent obsession which are my garlic parmesan chicken wings. They are easy and baked to perfection and finally tossed in some parmesan cheese.

My son also loves chicken wings and as much as he used to make me have to debone them for him, he has now appreciated the satisfaction of eating it on the bone and asks for chicken wings every chance he can get. This recipe is super simple and the outcome doesn’t disappoint, with some small prepping time and the oven at your service, then you will love this recipe. You will need;

HEALTHY OATMEAL PANCAKES

HEALTHY OATMEAL PANCAKES

If you’re a breakfast person and are looking for a go-to filling breakfast, then these healthy oatmeal pancakes are the ones for you. How are you all doing by the way? I hope all is well and are still staying safe, today I am back with a breakfast recipe for you. I first made them when I told myself I was on a diet for like the millionth time and needed breakfast to keep me going for longer and handle my hunger during workouts.

The best part about these is that they are fun to make and if you have little ones who can help you, then they will love these. Not your typical shape since as much as you try to form a perfect circle, they go their own direction and as my mum said “butterfly pancakes” but the taste is worth it. Also once you make the mixture, you will think that it’s either too runny but don’t worry they turn out great. For this recipe, you will need;

I have a cheesy loaded bacon scalloped potatoes recipe for you today, my son doesn’t love potatoes but funny enough, once cheese enters the equation, I have no complaints. If you love bacon, cheese and onions then don’t fret because all is included in this recipe. I always love adding something extra in most of my recipes be it more spices to give it a kick or specific meats to bring the flavour up a notch and let me just say, this recipe does just that. I promised myself not to go on rumbling and just dive straight ahead and share with you the recipe. For this cheesy loaded scalloped potatoes recipe, you will need;

HOW TO MAKE COCONUT MANGO PANNA COTTA

HOW TO MAKE COCONUT MANGO PANNA COTTA

Hello Friends,

I hope you’re all having a great day today. I am back with a recipe for you on how to make coconut mango panna cotta. This one right here is one pretty dessert and perfect for entertaining too. Since the warmer weather is starting to leave us, one last summery dessert won’t hurt. Both flavours complement each other really well and just makes it look and taste incredibly tropical, making you want a vacation real bad. This is a recipe you would need to start a day to two ahead since you would need to let the first layer set first before adding the second layer, but don’t worry because it’s totally worth it. I also served them in wine glasses but if you have clear ramekins, that would be great too to be able to appreciate the layers. Okay, onto the recipe now. You will need;

MY FACE MASK REVIEW

MY FACE MASK REVIEW

Hello Everyone,

I hope you’re all having a great start to the week. If you read my updated skincare routine, then you already know how I have changed it up quite a bit from trying Korean skincare to avoiding some products entirely. I have been into skincare for quite some time now, and after getting the routine that suits me and my skin type, it still hasn’t made it easy when my skin decides to just breakout out of nowhere or sometimes due to the dreaded hormones, either way, it’s a battle I am trying to conquer. I added some facial masks to my routine which I am liking. This is my face mask review and it’s an updated version.

MY EASY HOMEMADE CHAPATI RECIPE

MY EASY HOMEMADE CHAPATI RECIPE

Hello Everyone,

This past weekend, I decided to relive one of my childhood memories once again when it comes to food and make some chapatis for my family. There are different ways to make them but this is the way I learnt when I was young and I never changed it since they always turn out perfect every time. Back home in Kenya, chapati can be found anywhere and in any restaurant, on most occasions, parties you name it. It’s one of those meals that just has to be there whenever there’s a celebration or most Sundays like in our household. I like pairing mine with some chicken stew, chicken tikka masala, kachumbari and even have one with a nice cup of tea for breakfast. So today I will be sharing with you my easy homemade chapati recipe with some updated pictures. You will need;

MY SKINCARE ROUTINE UPDATED VERSION

MY SKINCARE ROUTINE UPDATED VERSION

Let’s talk skincare,

It took me a while to figure out what my skin really needs, and had to learn how to keep up with it during changing seasons and hormonal breakouts. I started researching more about Korean skincare, and the number of steps it takes for daytime and night-time routines were too much for me. After trying it for a while I noticed that I needed to reduce some of the products since my skin was taking none of that layering system, so I decided to create my own spin on Korean skincare with the number of products my skin can take. If you read my post on the best tips for sensitive skin, then you now know that my skin has become super sensitive and I have to be very careful when I choose products to apply to my skin and body too. This is my skincare routine updated version.

I also know that with this pandemic, self-care is important so before we are released to the world without restrictions, I decided to just share what has been working for me and if you need some ideas for some products. Also, it’s been a long time coming for me to actually stick to a routine that works and hasn’t caused me major skin problems hence the no photo sessions in most of my posts. Hoping to change that soon since my camera roll is empty.
