I am sure you have already seen all the ads around, be it on Facebook, Instagram you name it. What I’m I talking about? The essence vault fragrances, if you like smelling good or just want to have a great scent overall and think you need to have the original designer perfume, then I’m here to tell you that it’s time to save up your coin. I know that buying expensive designer perfume sounds good and all but what if you could have the same fragrance at a fraction of the price and not be able to tell the difference? I first saw the ad on Instagram and clicked on it accidentally while scrolling, I wanted to get a present for my husband’s birthday and decided to try different stores and products out there. So I decided to bite the bullet and get him some to test out if they were worth the hype. Well, I ended up buying three bottles which will probably last him forever and the best part is a little goes a long way and lasts all day too. After seeing how great they were, I got myself some too and l am definitely happy with my purchase.

1. SMELL & QUALITY
This is pretty straightforward when buying any fragrance because you go for the smell you desire and the quality too. Since the essence vault fragrances are inspired by other perfumes, I was really keen to know whether they smell identical and if there were going to be any differences that I would notice. I was more concerned about the Aqua Di Gio and Alien, but I am here to tell you that they are amazing, smell identical and will not disappoint. They are of good quality and as I said above a little goes a long way because they are Eau De Parfum and not Eau De Toilette which makes them more potent, stronger and long-lasting.
2. ORIGINALITY
When it comes to originality, I already knew that the essence vault fragrances are inspired by other perfumes so, of course, they are not going to come with the original bottles but I was more concerned about the original scent I wanted and if they would be identical which to me, was just perfect and I wouldn’t even tell the difference.
3. PROJECTION & SILLAGE
These two may sound weird but what they basically mean is projection is the minimal distance you are able to notice or perceive the fragrance and sillage is the trail the scent leaves with movement. You know when someone passes you and they just leave a trail of an amazing scent and you just start asking yourself which perfume could it be? That’s sillage. The essence vault fragrances are great in projection and sillage because due to them being way stronger, they stick to you and doesn’t fade easily.
4. LONGEVITY
When I get any fragrance, I like to smell good throughout and hope that it doesn’t decide to fade during the day and just totally disappear which some perfumes tend to do. I also don’t like to smell exactly the same at the end of the day as I did in the morning, what I like about perfumes or any fragrances is that they smell different on every person and I don’t know if you’ve noticed that depending on where you spray, it emits different tones and changes with your body warmth and I like that about the essence vault fragrances. I don’t mean you wouldn’t smell exactly like the scent you chose but it blends well with your skin and doesn’t change its originality.
5. VALUE
There is no doubt about this right here, that’s why I ended up buying some in the first place. For what you get, the value is amazing and saves you so much compared to what you could pay for if you went for the original. I am not telling you how to spend your money but just letting you know that you can spend less with the essence vault fragrances and still get good quality. 6. LIKE-ABILITY
This is way more about personal preference, so for me, I love the fragrances I got for myself and that’s because that’s my scent preference. I don’t know if I am the only one who does this but when I bought some for my husband, I wasn’t buying according to what he liked but what I like instead because If I will be the one smelling it around the house, it might as well be one that doesn’t give me a headache. I know, mean but acceptable.
7. PACKAGING
Last but not least is the packaging and branding. The essence vault fragrances come in clean and simple strong bottles with a spray nozzle and I like how they are compact too. The bottles are in a box with the scent number and another bag plus a thank you note which I think is very thoughtful and adds a great touch overall.
